120 Years Of Experience

1902

Starting in as a small gun shop in several years it transformed its delf in to a machine manufacting industy by R&D. We worked with great inspiration through the years to be additive to the turkish industry. From fire arms production to stem engines for trains and now we transformed ourselves in production of Seperator Technologies.

1960

Working side by side with his father, Recep Oner produced the first milk separator of the TUrkish industry in 1960, by using technology of that time. Starting with a capacity of 350 Litres per hour within years we reached a capacity of 2000 Liters per oura

1995

At age of 10 Recep Oner started as an interim at his father's company. His only and maingoal was to produce machines above the mainstream guilty of the European standards, in Turkey. By focusing his self on this mission, he managet to export his products to 53 countris and has represent§ve bureaus in 17 countries.

Our 120 Years of Adventure

1902
OUR STORY STARTED
Our founder Recep Öner started her first industrial breakthrough with the repair of firearms, as well as steam train engine trials.
1910
MILK SEPARATOR SERVICE AND REPAIR
With the progress of the works, the service process of industrial machines and arm milk separator started.
1920
WORLD WAR YEARS
During the war years, we mainly continued to manufacture and repair weapons together with the national struggle.
1960
FIRST MILK SEPARATOR PRODUCTION
Together with the second generation Recep Sait Oner, the first separator production of the Turkish industry was realized with a capacity of 350 liters per hour.
1980
CAPACITY INCREASE IN THE SEPARATOR
Until the 1980s, the capacity of the milk separator reached up to 1,000 liters.
1995
2.000 LITER HOUR SEPARATOR
Our rapidly increasing production capability has started to bear fruit and our separators have grown up to 2,000 liters per hour.
2001
NEW GENERATION LS3C MODEL
Our new generation milk separator production with a capacity of 2,000 liters per hour has started by renewing the traditional separator production approach.
2009
5 TON AUTOMATIC MILK SEPARATOR
As a Turkish brand, we realized the production of 5,000 liters of separators per hour, the first clarifier production, and went beyond the borders of the country and realized our first export.
2012
SAATTE 15 TON KAPASİTE
We have reached a capacity of 15 tons per hour in the separator and 25 tons per hour in the clarifier, with our continuously developing production and R&D studies.
2013
WE STARTED PRODUCTION IN OUR NEW FACTORY
We started production in our new factory, which has a closed area of 7,000 square meters, from our old facility of 200 square meters.
2015
OLIVE OIL R&D STUDIES
We started R&D studies by establishing our own olive oil plant, and then the first olive oil continuous system tests were carried out, along with our first decanter production.
2016
TURNKEY MILK FACTORIES
By increasing our production variety, we started to serve in a wide range from pasteurizers to nano filtrations and turnkey dairy factories.
2017
OLIVE OIL CONTINUOUS SYSTEM
We started to produce and establish continuous system olive oil plants with a daily capacity of 90 tons.
2020
NEW GENERATION TECHNOLOGIES
Together with our R&D studies, we produced 20 tons of cream separator, 50 tons of pasteurizer and 25 tons of clarifiers per hour.

TURNKEY FACTORIES
Today, we produce turnkey Milk Factories, Natural Apple Juice Factories and Continuous System Olive Oil Factories and we continue to progress with our R&D studies...
